Arsenal® CBx Product Summary
An alternative procedure to traditional pedicle screw placement, Arsenal® CBx Cortical Bone Fixation system utilizes a mid-line approach an cortical bone trajectory to achieve maximum fixation through a less invasive procedure. This system leverages the strengths of the Arsenal® product platform with the benefits of a minimally disruptive procedure.
Due to the medialized approach and inward-outward screw trajectory, soft tissue and muscle exposure requirements are greatly reduced while retaining direct visualization and access to the disc space. Arsenal® CBx is a compatible fixation option for interbody fusion applications, in addition to being a unique sparing approach to revision surgery.
