Matrix OI® is a compressible human bone derived stem cell containment matrix intended to contour with bony voids or defects when hydrated with cellular components such as the patient’s own stem cells, BMA, PRP, growth factors, or other appropriate constituents.
System Highlights:
• A proprietary BioRinse™ processing method maintains the interconnected structure of trabecular bone in a manner that preserves native bone morphogenic proteins
• In-vivo test results demonstrate all 5 bone forming elements present (chondrocytes, osteocytes, cartilage, bone marrow cells, and new bone)
• Every lot is verified for osteoinductivity post-sterilization
• Provided sterile via low dose, low temperature, gamma sterilization with a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6
