Bone marrow can be harvested from the iliac crest within the hip bone. Once harvested, the bone marrow is spun inside a centrifuge to concentrate the adult stem cells. With our XCELL Bone Marrow Concentrating (BMC) kits you can prepare up to 7ml of BMC with high concentrations of hematopoietic and mesenchymal stem cells, using only one kit.
